Why did I build this home?

Actually, to help the homeless. I apply that definition broadly, as a former renter myself, anyone who doesn't own their home is homeless (in a manner of speaking). In this state particularly, if you fall behind your payments for any reason, they can have you tossed out of their pretty quickly. Moreover, if you even "own" your own home (which usually means a massive mortgage that takes up a 1/3 or more of your paycheck) if you miss three payments you're probably heading for foreclosure. But this is constructed, ultimately, to prove that the homeless CAN be given tiny homes to live in, and thereby solve homelessness.

I also wanted to prove that our government could solve homeless (and I mean SOLVE IT) with just a few billion dollars (in fact, California spent over 20 BILLION on homelessness, if they actually wanted to solve homelessness, permanently, you're LOOKING at the answer).

I have proved it. Done. Let me tell you how.

The reason is because this home cost about 500 to 700 in materials to build. If you bulk purchased materials you could probably reduce that number to 100-300 dollars easily. That means for a single billion dollars you could build 10 MILLION of them at 100 dollars. Boom *roasted*, all homelessness solved.

For that amount and using the MANY charities that exist in this country as labor, tiny homes could be assembled and then TRANSPORTED to an area that would serve as a launching point for stopping homelessness. For instance, if you purchased 1 acre of land in every county, outfit it with 30 or some of these little structures, then as the homeless living therein improved their position they could move their new homes to other plots as they became self-sufficient again (the original spot could have resources needed to help, many people who are homeless might have addiction or mental health issues, also it could be a hub for transportation to move folks to their jobs).

Public lands are vast. If we just used 5% of public lands to place tiny homes on them, that would be all the room we'd need to easily solve homelessness. Moreover, these units could be stacked in a metal framed structure. Also, if zoning permitted tiny homes to pop up on an acre in a large amount, lots for purchasing a tiny home could be next to nothing (NO I DON'T mean RENTING A LOT, what a JOKE that a landlord RENTS to someone with a trailer for their entire life, talk about unmitigated GREED and SUFFERING, GOD GIVE ME THE POWER TO SET THINGS RIGHT, what right do you have to charge the poorest people in perpetuity to life in a trailer on a sliver of land barely long enough to park a few vehicles on?).

I just want to say, folks, it is doable. There need not be one single homeless individual in this nation ever again and if ever talk to one of your leaders please tell them they are intentionally neglecting the "least of these" and should fix it immediately.

10,000 people died last year in LA alone from being homeless. Wow, think on that number. The number of homeless there is somewhere around 75,000 people (men, women, children, families). Isn't that shocking? And no, they are not all addicted lifelong homeless folks, they literally cannot afford to live because of how expensive everything is.

This little home and the model I just described fixes their situation, 100%.

And it is proven, done. You can outfit one of these with an outdoor shower on the back and a curtain (or indoors if you like, it's doable), and put a compostable toilet inside, or simply place it where there are available restroom facilities. It's livable, and I've lived in far worse (like how about a half crawl space which was maybe 4 - 5 feet high made of pure concrete in a warzone for about 8 months? and my friend, a fellow solder, was a chain smoker and lived on the lower half! No windows either! (except 1 above the door I think that didn't open).

This little building is actual proof that the government could solve homelessness and has not (or any billionaire in point of fact).

You might just think this is a wood structure, it is not. You CANNOT find a structure built like this. If you buy an outbuilding from a large company, they are made of (get this!) PARTICLE BOARD that is painted! How long do you think particle board (which is basically just wood chips and glue!) is going to last?

This is made out of ACTUAL PINE WOOD! It is sealed with a powerful solid color outdoor sealant. This is basically a modern log cabin, which uses 2x4s for siding and roofing then sealing between those boards (calling "daubing" traditionally).

Let me tell you why this is so important. If you keep this building properly sealed, it should outlive everyone reading this. Why? Because is wood stays dry long enough, it will actually turn to stone (petrification) and last forever. Meaning, if you keep it sealed, it should never break down! And how much will it cost to reseal your entire roof? Probably about 40 dollars for a gallon of sealant (compare that to a standard asphalt roof on a standard sized home, which would cost thousands upon thousands!)!!!

So the maintenance on this is practically nothing! AND WAIT, THERE'S MORE! A substantial portion of the floor was made for FREE! FOR FREE! "WHAT'S THAT, DID YOU SAY FOR FREE, MICHAEL?" "I DID DWIGHT, YOU IGNORANT CLOWN!"

BECAUSE I made it out of FREE UNTREATED RECLAIMED PALLET WOOD! WHICH MEANS THAT IF YOU NEED TO REPLACE BOARDS YOU CAN DO SO BY GETTING FREE PALLET WOOD! It is not metal, which means it won't rust (even stainless steel or aluminum is suspect in our country because a great amount of it comes from cheap imported sources, and for instance, if you don't put enough Chromium mixed in with the stainless steel, it will rust (this often happens)). It's not plastic or fiberglass which means super heavy, prone to crack and unfixable unless you spend a ton of money. This means the "everyman" can work on it!!!!! With some basic handtools, anyone can replace boards on this thing!!! It's just screwed together, or you can cut out what you want and replace it. And how do you seal up spots that are new joints? Add some flashing tar to it (see the black spots on the roof? You could also just paint the whole thing with a rubberized cement for about 20 dollars too! Done! Between simple caulking and free wood and hand tools, any average person is competent enough to fix this structure. It's like the GI Jeep of WW2, whereby anyone can work on it.

Anyone, not bad for a hick from nowhere, I just like proving what an absolutely LIAR those in charge are and how little they actually care about you (Bill Hicks, George Carlin proved this long before I did). I think they keep as many homeless people around to satisfy the ego of the rest of the impoverished country, meaning the working class. If you can look and see a homeless person you'll imagine you're "doing better" and have something to be proud of, and it works I think, rather than see you are literally giving your entire life's labor to paying off fictional entities that hold the note on everything you see; auto, home, student debt, credit card. etc.

You can read my entire explanation here, but beware, about 2 months after I joined the Catholic Church they called that entire organization a terror organization on account of my writing this document, so, understand I have the social credit score of osama bin laden (even though I'm a truly peaceful and loving person, unlike those in charge). I like to say governments love dissent, they hate, however, effective dissent!

Here's the biggest red pill you might ever swallow (if you're unfamiliar with the matrix it's from the first one) if you can get it to load (I've heard stories, so beware!):

HAHAHAH NEVER MIND, I JUST CHECKED AND IT SAYS THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED BY SCRIBD EVEN THOUGH IT STILL SAYS IT IS UPLOADED ON MY ACCOUNT, CENSORED AGAIN! IF YOU WANT A COPY OF MY PAMPHLET YOU'LL HAVE TO EMAIL TO ME, WELCOME TO THE TOTALITARIAN ORWELLIAN SOCIETY THAT IS!

I'm not actually a builder by the way, I'm actually trained as a lawyer (I don't practice anymore, figured out I wasn't doing any good), a programmer, and am a US Army Veteran that has a background in satellite communications (I've worked a bunch of jobs in my life).

If you think this is something worth donating to, please shoot me an email let me know, I'd love to get enough money together to buy a piece of land locally and actually do this, just to prove it can be done (in my small town there actually is a homeless population now, as in so many places, sadly).
